Child's Play Therapy Services, PC, is an award-winning multidisciplinary pediatric clinic located in downtown Lafayette, CA. Our state-of-the-art facility provides occupational, speech therapy, and feeding therapy to children from birth to adolescence. We are dedicated to helping children build the skills needed for successful relationships and a positive sense of self.

We provide treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, including speech and language disorders, pragmatics language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, articulation, and phonological disorders.

Daily Tasks
- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in carrying out therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the guidance of the supervising SLP
- Work one-on-one with children to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor and document progress of clients
- Collaborate with other therapy team members
Requirements
- Valid SLPA certification
- Prior experience working with children with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with therapy techniques and strategies
- Experience with assistive communication devices
- Ability to adjust therapy approaches based on individual needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
